Who we are

NIADO Study Abroad provides university guidance, admission support and student assistance for students seeking to study in Egypt. You can reach us at Info@niadostudyabroad.me.

What we collect

  • Identity and contact details: your name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, email address and WhatsApp number.
  • Academic information: your certificates, grades, transcripts and previous qualifications.
  • Application information: your preferences for programme, university, budget and intake.
  • Documents you choose to send us in support of an application.
  • Correspondence between you and us.
  • Basic technical information about your visit to this website.

Why we collect it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

  • To advise you on universities and programmes.
  • To prepare and submit applications on your behalf, where you have asked us to.
  • To communicate with you and, where you ask, with your parent or guardian.
  • To meet our own legal and record-keeping obligations.

Who we share it with

To apply on your behalf we must share relevant information with the universities you are applying to. That is the point of the service, and we will tell you which institutions we are sending your application to.

We also use service providers who host this website and store our data. They process information on our instructions only.

We will disclose information where we are legally required to.

Your documents

Your passport, certificates and other identity documents are sensitive, and we treat them that way. They are never published, never made publicly accessible by URL, and never posted in group chats.

This website does not accept identity documents through a public upload form. When documents are needed, we arrange a private channel. If anyone — including anyone claiming to be from NIADO — asks you to upload identity documents to an unsecured page, do not do it, and tell us.

How long we keep it

We keep application information for as long as we are working with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can answer questions about a past application. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.

Your rights

To exercise any of these, email Info@niadostudyabroad.me.

  • Ask what information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete your information.
  • Withdraw your consent to us processing it.
  • Ask us to stop contacting you.

Children and young applicants

Many of our applicants are approaching or have just reached adulthood, and many enquiries come from parents and guardians. Where an applicant is under the age of majority in their country, we expect a parent or guardian to be involved, and we are happy to communicate with them directly.

Cookies

See our cookie policy for what this website stores in your browser. In short: this site does not run advertising trackers.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to students we are actively working with.
