- Prepare and check the application package before it goes anywhere.
- Submit through the correct channel for that institution.
- Follow up with the admissions office and keep you informed of the actual status.
- Explain the admission decision when it arrives, including what a conditional offer requires.
What you provide
- Complete and legible copies of every document requested.
- Accurate personal details exactly as they appear on your passport.
- Prompt responses when the university asks for something — delays here are the main cause of missed intakes.
