- Confirm your flight details in advance.
- Arrange collection at the arrivals hall.
- Transfer you to your accommodation.
- Confirm to your family that you arrived safely, if you want us to.
What you provide
- Confirmed flight number, arrival date and time.
- A contact number that works on arrival, or your family's number.
- Notice of any flight change as soon as you know.

- Immigration or border clearance, which is entirely a matter for the Egyptian authorities
