Service
Ongoing Student Support
Someone to ask after you have arrived, through the first year and beyond.
What it is
Continuing contact once you are enrolled: help understanding university processes, pointing you to the right office, and support when something goes wrong.
Our view is that a study-abroad company that disappears after the commission is paid has not actually done the job.
Who needs it
- First-year students.
- Students facing an administrative problem they do not understand.
- Parents who want a point of contact.
What NIADO does
- Answer questions about university processes and deadlines.
- Point you to the correct office for your issue.
- Help you understand official correspondence.
- Stay reachable to your family.
What you provide
