What we provide

NIADO Study Abroad provides guidance and administrative support: helping you choose universities and programmes, confirming requirements, checking documents, preparing and submitting applications, and supporting your arrival and settling in.

The specific scope of what we are doing for you is set out on the relevant service page, each of which states both what is included and what is not.

What we do not guarantee

This section matters more than any other, so it is stated plainly.

• We do not guarantee admission to any university. Admission decisions are made by universities alone.
• We do not guarantee any scholarship, discount or financial award. These are awarded by institutions against their own criteria.
• We do not guarantee any visa, residence permit or immigration outcome. Those decisions belong to the Egyptian authorities.
• We do not guarantee that any qualification will be recognised by a professional body or regulator in any country. Only that body can determine that.
• We do not guarantee employment during or after your studies.

Information accuracy

We publish university information with its source and the date it was verified, and we state clearly where we have not been able to confirm something. University requirements, tuition fees, deadlines, scholarship availability and immigration rules change — sometimes without notice.

You must verify final requirements and costs with the relevant university and authorities before acting on them. We make every reasonable effort to be accurate, and we do not accept liability for decisions made on information that has changed since we verified it.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate and complete information.
• Provide genuine, unaltered documents.
• Respond promptly when a university or we ask for something — delays here are the main cause of missed intakes.
• Pay university fees directly to the university, and keep your receipts.
• Verify anything you intend to rely on with the relevant institution or authority.

Document integrity

We will not, under any circumstances, alter, create or misrepresent any document or academic record, and we will end our engagement immediately with any applicant who asks us to or who supplies a falsified document. Beyond being fraud, it ends the student's education when it is discovered.

Fees and payments

Any fee for our services will be agreed with you in writing in advance. University tuition, application and registration fees are paid by you to the university, not to us.

We will never ask you to pay into a personal account. If you receive such a request claiming to be from us, it is not from us — please tell us immediately.

Limitation of liability

We are liable for our own failure to perform the services we have agreed to provide. We are not liable for decisions made by universities or government authorities, for changes to fees or requirements, for the conduct of third parties such as landlords or translators, or for losses arising from information you did not verify as these terms require.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending the engagement

You may stop working with us at any time. We may end an engagement where an applicant supplies false information or documents, asks us to act dishonestly, or behaves abusively towards our staff.
