Pre-Arrival Support

What to pack, what to expect, and what to sort out before you get on the plane.

What it is

A structured briefing before you travel: documents to carry in hand luggage, money and banking, phone and connectivity, weather and clothing, and what your first week will actually look like.

Most first-week problems are preventable with a twenty-minute conversation beforehand.

Who needs it

  • Every student travelling to Egypt for the first time.
  • Parents preparing a child to travel alone.

What NIADO does

  • Give you a pre-departure checklist.
  • Explain which documents must be in your hand luggage, not your checked bag.
  • Brief you on money, SIM cards and getting online.
  • Set realistic expectations for your first week.
  • Brief your parents separately if they want that.

What you provide

  • Your travel dates.
  • Your questions — including the ones that feel too basic to ask.

Included

  • Pre-departure checklist
  • Briefing call
  • Parent briefing on request

Not included

  • Flight booking and ticketing
  • Travel insurance
  • Any visa or immigration guarantee

How to start
