Document Review & Preparation

Checking every document against what the university actually asks for, before it costs you an intake.

What it is

A detailed check of your certificates, transcripts, passport and supporting documents against the specific requirements of the universities you are applying to — including authentication and translation where they are required.

Requirements differ between universities and between nationalities. There is no single universal checklist, and anyone who gives you one is guessing.

Who needs it

  • Every applicant, without exception.
  • Students whose certificates are in a language other than Arabic or English.
  • Students who have been told their documents need authentication and are not sure what that means in practice.

What NIADO does

  • List exactly which documents your target universities require for your nationality and degree level.
  • Check what you have against that list and tell you what is missing.
  • Explain where authentication or legalisation is needed and which offices handle it in your country.
  • Explain where certified translation is required.
  • Check legibility, name consistency and date consistency across documents — small mismatches cause large delays.

What you provide

  • Clear scans or photographs of each document.
  • The original documents when a university requires sight of them.

Included

  • A document checklist specific to your case
  • Review of what you have submitted to us
  • Guidance on authentication and translation requirements

Not included

  • Performing authentication or legalisation ourselves — these are carried out by the relevant government offices and, where applicable, embassies
  • Translation services, which are carried out by certified translators
  • Any alteration of a document's content
